Inglewood Bail Bonds

Bail bonds are an unknown subject for many people. You don't plan on waking up one morning to find yourself on the wrong end of the law or worried about why a loved one hasn't returned home. At Bail Bonds Direct, our staff is always on call and our agents are ready to get the bail bonds process started as soon as they pick up the phone.

We Understand Your Frustration

Since arrests normally don't take place during regular business hours. Our offices are always open. We have agents available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. Our agents also understand that you may have no prior knowledge of how the Inglewood bail bonds process works. We are here to help alleviate the stress and strain you feel when you find out a loved one has been put in jail. We also know that the majority of our clients do not have sufficient amounts of cash to cover a bond without some type of assistance. We can help you figure things out so that you can get your loved one out of jail and back home where they belong.

Why We Do What We Do

At Bail Bonds Direct, we do what we do because we know how difficult it is to have a loved one in an Inglewood jail. By using our services, you can get your loved one released on bond so they can return to work and remain an active participant in your daily family routine. We offer no money down payment plans for our clients who qualify. We take several forms of payment including cash, credit card, money orders and property.

Our bail bonds agents go above and beyond because we understand how devastating an arrest can be to a family. Every time our agents take a phone call, we do everything we can to be as discreet as possible. Your privacy is important to you and we make sure we do everything to protect it. If you can't make it to our office, one of our agents will meet you at the location of your choice so we can get the Inglewood bail bonds process underway as soon as possible.

The Bail Bonds Process

We take great pride in being able to help you through this difficult time. We walk you step by step through the application process. This usually one takes 15 to 20 minutes of your time. Once you have paid our 10 percent premium, we will secure the money and then take the fee and the bail bonds paperwork to the jail so that it can be entered into the system. Once that is finished, the release process will begin. Depending on how busy the jail is, the release could take anywhere for 2 to 8 hours.

After the defendant is released, we will go over their rights and responsibilities as well as those of the co-signer. Both will be notified of the defendant's court date. The defendant must agree to comply with all of the stipulations of the court as well as agree to attend all of their court hearings. If they do not comply and miss their scheduled court hearing, their bond may be revoked and the co-signer will be held responsible for paying the remainder of the bail. If the defendant's case is closed, the court will release the remainder of the bail money and it will be returned to the co-signer minus any fees or restitution costs.
